Solstice Communications Welcomes Pizza Rustica!

We wanted to share some exciting news with you—Solstice Communications has recently welcomed Pizza Rustica to its client list! Located at 3908 N. Sheridan Rd in Chicago, Pizza Rustica is a rustic northern Italian eatery that has been serving inspired, creative, authentic northern Italian cuisine since 2005.

Solstice Communications is excited to bring attention to Pizza Rustica’s amazing beverage program, extensive event schedule and amazing Italian cuisine that goes beyond (way beyond!) pizza.

At its inception, Pizza Rustica was a small, pizza-focused restaurant, offering the occasional non-pizza blackboard special but demand for Chef Stefano Roman’s delicious food soon exceeded the confines of the storefront space. In 2012, owners Chef Stefano Roman and Juliana Montebello-Roman knew the time was right to expand and relocate Pizza Rustica…across the street. With a more spacious kitchen and dining room but the same supportive neighborhood, Pizza Rustica greatly expanded its menu to include made-to-order standouts from seafood to steak-house quality steaks and pork, chicken or veal to delicious pasta dishes. Juliana focused her expertise on the restaurant’s new beverage program. Today, Pizza Rustica offers a varied selection of world-class craft brews, exquisite wines, premium spirits and original craft cocktails. The simple, delicious and authentic food is complemented by the warm and inviting space that carries a cool neighborhood vibe.
