Chef Cleetus Freidman Presents: Food, Booze & Tunes: A Live Interview Show
Food, Booze & Tunes, a monthly series of live interviews and Q&A sessions hosted by Cleetus Friedman at the Cubby Bear, highlights some of Chicago’s hometown heroes, including Rick Bayless and Peter Sagal, and how “food, booze & tunes” motivates them. The series debuted on November 20 with special guest, Rick Bayless.
What really sets this intimate evening apart, is that in addition to digging into the interview subject’s creative process and listening to some of their favorite music, attendees will be treated to a food and beverage pairing inspired by the interviewee and created by Chef Cleetus Friedman.
“I realized there is a commonality between eating, drinking and music that inspires a lot of creative processes,” says Friedman. “I enjoy talking to people and learning about what is inspiring them to continue to grow and create. Everything I have done in my life is marked by the food, beverages and music of those moments and I want to connect with our guests through those universal sources of inspiration.”
