Tribes Beer Company Beer Dinner with Head Brewer Matt Voelker

Tribes Beer Company, a premiere brewery and craft beer bar with locations in Tinley Park and Mokena, is excited to host a Beer Dinner at their Tinley Park location. Tickets can be reserved now for a five course holiday dinner with Matt Voelker and the other friendly faces of Tribes. Enjoy an expertly paired holiday menu and beers on Wednesday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m. at Tribes Alehouse in Tinley Park.
One can expect the following delicious courses and beer pairings: a duo of Christmas goose bites and bacon wrapped elk poppers paired with Wolf Trail Double Pale Ale; roast chestnut soup paired with Matt’s new Not My Circus Belgian Dubbel; jalapeño ceasar salad accompanied by the extremely popular Daylight Kolsch; Spanish seafood fra diavlo served with Craft’d IPA; and rounded off with Irish whiskey bread pudding paired with Santa’s Lap Winter Ale.
