Spring Truffle-Making Party at Katherine Anne Confections

As the weather slowly begins to warm, nothing celebrates spring better than delicious, rich chocolate! Katherine Anne Confections, a locally-focused chocolatier, is hosting a Spring Truffle Making Party—perfect timing to make delicious treats to enjoy as the new season is in full swing. Katherine Duncan, founder and confectionista, opens her kitchen and recipe book to the public as she demystifies the art of making truffles. To celebrate spring and the new season, Katherine will be focusing on all flavors that make us think of sunshine, flowers and birds chirping (think key lime pie, strawberry & graprefruit!) The event is the perfect (and delicious) opportunity to get into the spirit of warmth and create treats to share with your family and friends (or not!).

Attendees will create classic hand-rolled truffles with the confectionista’s guidance. Guests will be grouped with other like-minded chocolate lovers and will create one of the unique truffle recipes provided. Attendees will chill, scoop, and roll truffles to completion. Everyone will leave with a sampling of the truffles created that day.
