Slow Food Specials at Fountainhead

Fountainhead is excited to bring its guests slow food interpretations of fast food favorites! Chef Cleetus Friedman has created some delicious, familiar dishes but added a slow food twist. For the next five weeks come in a try fast food like you have never had it before…slow and carefully crafted!
Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 6-10 p.m., beginning Monday, April 6.
The dishes will range from $9-$11.
April 6, 7 & 8:
Chicken Chunklets: honey mustard, bbq sauce, or ranch dressing
The Fountainbowl: mashed potato, fried chicken, bacon, cheese sauce, cheddar, gravy, scallion
April 13, 14 & 15:
Better Chay Biscuits: cheddar garlic biscuits with garlic butter
The Soft & Hard Taco: pita, taco shell, three cheese blend, grilled marinated steak, shredded lettuce, cheddar, ross hoss boss sauce
April 20, 21, 22:
Buffalo Chicken Dip: grilled chicken dip blended with Fountainhead buffalo sauce. Served with chips and celery
the Big Zach: two beef patties, remoulade, lettuce, cheese, pickle, onion, sesame bun
April 27, 28, 29:
Kooky Bread: Garlic parmesan bread sticks with Smoked Tomato Marinara
What’s Beef: Roast beef, spicy ranch sauce, cheddar sauce, onion bun, curly fries
May 4, 5 & 6:
Moons Over Montrose Harbor: house smoked ham, scrambled egg, Swiss and American cheeses, grilled sourdough. Served with hash browns.
Sausage and egg and cheese and English muffin: our homemade breakfast sausage, farm egg, cheddar cheese, English muffin, hash browns & homemade ketchup
