A Celebration of Single Cask/Barrel Whisk(e)y at Fountainhead

Fountainhead, a well-known craft beer and whisk(e)y bar in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood focusing on local and seasonal food, is excited to host Fountainhead Singles Night: A Celebration of Single Cask/Barrel Whisk(e)y! This will be a fantastic evening celebrating some of Fountainhead’s favorite things: Single Cask/Barrel Whisk(e)y! Fountainhead will be rolling out the barrels and offering up some amazing single cask and single barrel whiskeys with over 40 available in various serving sizes. Nips and Pints will also be available, as well as some great flight options.

First Come, First Served:

At 4 p.m., one bottle of the incredibly rare Fountainhead Single Barrel Elijah Craig 21yr will be opened. This will be first come, first served and available in .5oz, 1oz and 2oz serving sizes.

At 6 p.m., Fountainhead is proud to release the Fountainhead Single Barrel Few Single Malt Whiskey! This will be available in .5oz and 1.5oz tasting sizes. The Ticketed Tasting:

At 7 p.m., Fountainhead is offering a ticketed tasting in its barrel room featuring a tasting of six single cask/barrel whiskeys with special guests Bernie Lubbers, aka the Whiskey Professor, and Steve Fox, the national brand ambassador for Pacific Wine and Spirits.

For this very special whisk(e)y tasting, Fountainhead will host guest speakers Bernie Lubbers and Steve Fox as they pour some of the most rare and delicious whiskeys available.
