October-Themed Preview Party At Katherine Anne Confections

$25Katherine Duncan, founder and confectionista of Katherine Anne Confections, a locally-focused chocolatier, is excited to host a Preview Party featuring all of the upcoming seasonal flavors for October. Guest should be ready to experience fall-flavored combinations that will warm the heart! This month’s truffles will include killer pumpkin-themed creations like Pumpkin Maple Bacon and Pumpking Ale (a delicious truffle featuring Southern Tier brew). The caramels include smooth flavors and all things delicious such as Apple Cider + Ginger and Merlot Pecan. The Preview Party is a chance for attendees to preview and indulge in 14 new limited edition, un-launched truffles, caramels and marshmallows to be released in October. The treats will be available at the confiserie.
TRUFFLES
Pumpkin Malt: white chocolate, roasted pumpkin, cinnamon, homemade malted milk balls
Pumpkin Maple Bacon: bittersweet chocolate, pumpkin, maple candied bacon, maple sugar
Pumpkin Crisp: semisweet/milk chocolate, pumpkin, fall spices, oatmeal streusel
PumpKing Ale: bittersweet chocolate, PumpKing Ale, house toffee, toasted walnuts
Fig Balsamic: bittersweet chocolate, fresh figs, 18 year aged balsamic
Peanut Butter Apple: semisweet/milk chocolate, tart green apples, Eastwind co-op peanut butter, butter cookies
Pineapple Upside-Down: white chocolate, brown-sugar roasted pineapple, butter cookies
Pumpkin Coconut (v): semisweet chocolate, roasted pumpkin, toasted coconut

$25, includes an evening of libations, savory bites, and sampling as yet un-launched truffles, caramels, and marshmallows! Space is limited and truffles are made to order, so guests are encouraged to reserve their spot today! Limited quantities of confections will be available for purchase that evening and attendees will be able to pre-order treats for future weeks.
