The Northman, Chicago’s first bar dedicated to cider, is excited to give the public a second preview at this special, one-night pop-up dinner event featuring a journey through cider and dishes influenced by England and Spain. On Monday, November 17 at 7:00 p.m., executive chef Cleetus Friedman and The Northman crew will be hosting multi-course meal as a preview to the sustainable, hearty menu that will be featured at the new cider bar. Each dish will be perfectly paired with a cider that will also be featured at The Northman. For this pop-up series, the focus will be on English and Spanish ciders and pairings. These pop-up dinners are designed to give guests a taste of Chicago first cider bar and restaurant.
