Celebrity Chef David Dickensauge Joins Heaven on Seven for a Crawfish Boil on May 31

The Original Heaven on Seven on Wabash, the authentic, critically acclaimed Cajun restaurant of chef/owner Jimmy Bannos, is excited to host a Crawfish Boil featuring Louisiana chef, David Dickensauge on Thursday, May 31, 5:30-9 p.m. Guests will enjoy all-you-can-eat crawfish boil, prepared by Chef David Dickensauge for just $35.

David Dickensauge has scaled great culinary heights to learn from the best in the restaurant industry. Twenty-one years after venturing out on his own, he is blazing his own path as both executive chef for Bin 77 in Baton Rouge, LA and as co-owner and executive chef for Corks & Cleaver in Gulfport, MS. Dickensauge was recognized in 2015 as a Best New Chef in Louisiana and as Best New Chef in 225 Magazine. He has also competed at several competitions throughout the South, specifically taking home honors from the Louisiana Seafood Competition.
