Beer & Burger Night At Pizza Rustica

Pizza Rustica, a rustic northern Italian eatery serving inspired, creative and authentic cuisine, is excited to host a Beer & Burger night on Thursday, October 9^th featuring three mouth-watering burgers and a free tasting of three of the new fall beers. The delicious burgers created by Chef Stefano Roman will be available for this one night only & have been created to pair perfectly with the seasonal brews new to the menu. All burgers come with seasoned fries and are served on butter-brushed buns. Prices range from $14-16 and include free tasting of all three beers. Prices for a full beer will range from $6-8.5.

Decadent Burger: 1/2lb Wagyu Beef Burger topped with Melted, Herbed Bone Marrow Butter, Melt-in-your-mouth Braised Pork Belly, & Crispy Onions

Mac ‘n Cheese Burger: 1/2lb Wagyu Beef Burger topped with Fried Mac ‘n Cheese & Caramelized Onions with Truffle Aioli

Pairing suggestion: Orkney Skull Splitter, Scotch Ale (Scotland)

The Italian Job Burger: 1/2lb Wagyu Beef Buger topped with Speck (Italian smoked ham), Gorgonzola, Fried Crispy Mushrooms, Arugula & San Marzano Tomatoes, with Roasted Garlic Aioli
