Sake Tasting Event at Slurping Turtle

Sake, the Japanese rice wine, can feel mysterious to the uninitiated…until now. Slurping Turtle, the original River North ramen shop and sushi restaurant, hosts a sake tasting  and education event which features 15 sake varieties, delicious passed appetizers (from maki rolls and gyoza to poke bites) and select Japanese whiskies.  Representatives from a variety of sake and whiskey companies will be on hand to educate and enlighten guests as they enjoy the delicious food of Chef Tadashi Nagura.
