Harvest Dinner! A Delicious Event At Fountainhead Featuring Metropolitan Beer And Angel’s Envy Whiskey

Fountainhead is excited to celebrate fall with a Harvest Dinner on the roof deck featuring Metropolitan brews & Angel’s Envy Whiskey! Chef Cleetus Friedman has prepared an amazing family-style menu highlighting the delicious flavors of the season. Each dish has been perfectly paired with a fall brew or whiskey and is the perfect way to say goodbye to summer and welcome the fall breeze. Guests will also enjoy a Metropolitan specialty cask and a sneak preview of Fountainhead’s Angel’s Envy blend.

The menu is as follows (some items may change based on seasonal availability of ingredients):

Course 1: Hearty green salad, butter roasted turnips, toasted sunflower seeds, onion frizzles

Course 2: Sunchoke & kale hash with quinoa

Course 3: Roasted beets, arugula, goat cheese mousse

Course 4: Butternut squash & raisin pasta, autumn cream sauce

Course 5: Sliced herbed roast beef, horseradish cream, mini brioche

Course 6: Pork liver pate, pickled vegetables, fruit mostarda, toast points

Course 7: Caramel Apple Bread Pudding
