Forbidden Root Releases Night Moth the Next Beer Collaboration with Tony Fitzpatrick

 Forbidden Root Brewery will release Night Moth, continuing their collaborative series with renegade artist, Tony Fitzpatrick, in 4-packs of 16oz cans at their brew pub, located at 1746 W. Chicago Ave.

A friend of the brewery, Fitzpatrick worked with the Forbidden Root team pairing his artwork with Forbidden Root’s New England-style IPAs.

Night Moth, a medley of white grapefruit, pine and vanilla as delicate and complex as the lace on your glass, is an oak-aged IPA and a 7.2% dream. Attendees will have a chance to purchase 4-packs and other merchandise, as well as meet artist Tony Fitzpatrick. This is his fourth label for our collaborative can series. The liquid is gold; the label is art.

Artist Tony Fitzpatrick says of Night Moth: “They dance on the powder of each other’s wings—a crazy dervish around the street lights, each flickering apparition, a kind of pantomime. A feverish dance against the seasons. Until autumn… when the Chicago chill finds each set of silky wings on window sills a still mirror of another.”

The purchase limit is two, 16oz 4-packs per person. There will be one line in order to meet the demand and be as fair as possible. Cans will be sold from the retail stand.

This is no cover charge for the event, beer and snacks will be available for purchase.
