Dessert-Inspired Preview Party at Katherine Anne Confections

Katherine Duncan, founder and confectionista of Katherine Anne Confections, a locally-focused chocolatier, is excited to host a Preview Party featuring all of the upcoming flavors for the month of April—and what better way to start thinking about April & Spring than with an entire month of dessert-inspired sweets? April is always a fun time of year & Katherine Anne Confections is celebrating by launching 18 new flavors showcasing KAC’s favorite part of the meal—dessert—and combing these flavors into truffles, caramels and marshmallows! The confectionista is focusing on her favorite after-dinner flavors like a Crème Brulee truffle made with white chocolate and caramelized sugar and a Bananas Foster truffle featuring milk chocolate, caramelized bananas and rum! And, of course, some delicious pie-inspired treats will be available like the bourbon pecan pie truffle with roasted pecans with FEW bourbon, maple, brown sugar and bittersweet chocolate.
The Preview Party is a chance for attendees to preview and indulge in 18 new limited edition, un-launched truffles, caramels and marshmallows to be released in April. The treats will be available at the confiserie.
