Crafted by Cleetus Launch Party at Fountainhead Market

Cleetus Friedman, executive chef at Fountainhead, The Bar on Buena and the forthcoming cider bar, The Northman, is excited to host a launch party for his new retail line, Crafted by Cleetus! On Monday, August 10 from 5-9 p.m., guests can visit the new Fountainhead Market and taste samples of two Crafted by Cleetus hot sauces, Bourbon Habanero and Bourbon Serrano (pictured above), which were created in collaboration with Bigfat’s Hot Sauces. The hot sauces are available exclusively at the Fountainhead Market for $6.50 a bottle.

Bourbon Habanero and Bourbon Serrano are the first in a line of retail products by Crafted by Cleetus, a line of chef driven condiments and sauces, sausages and salami by Cleetus Friedman. Two sausages will also be available for purchase at the Fountainhead Market: Allagash White Chicken Sausage and New Holland Sun Dog Pork Sausage for $12.99 each.
