Cajun Cooking Class with Chef Jimmy Bannos

The Original Heaven on Seven on Wabash, the authentic, critically acclaimed Cajun restaurant of chef/owner Jimmy Bannos, is excited to host another Cajun Cooking Class featuring a five- course dinner and demonstration on Wednesday, March 2 from 7-9:30 p.m. Attendees will sip on all-you-can-drink beer, wine and the famous Heaven on Seven hurricanes while Chef Jimmy Bannos demonstrates the art of Cajun cooking. In addition, guests will get to taste and enjoy the finished product. This is a unique event to learn about and experience first-hand the history behind Heaven on Seven and the Bannos family on the 7^th floor of the historic Garland Building where it all started over 35 years ago.
