Cajun Cooking Class & Dinner at Heaven on Seven Wabash

Get your groove on with critically acclaimed chef, Jimmy Bannos on April 5!

The Original Heaven on Seven on Wabash, the authentic, critically acclaimed Cajun restaurant of chef/owner Jimmy Bannos, is excited to host its Cajun Cooking Class featuring a five- course dinner and demonstration on Wednesday, April 5th, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Guests receive personal instruction on the art of Cajun cooking from Chef Bannos, while sipping on all-you-can-drink beer, wine and the famous Heaven on Seven hurricanes. In addition, guests will get to taste and enjoy the finished product. This is an opportunity to learn about the history behind Heaven on Seven and the Bannos family on the 7th floor of the historic Garland Building and experience how it all began over 35 years ago.

Guests will learn and eat dishes such as (menu subject to change):

Creole Spiced Caesar Salad

Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo

Orzolaya (Jimmy’s Italian twist on Jambalaya)

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp over Cornbread

Blueberry Corn Blasters
