Barley’s Angels Chicago, the women’s craft beer appreciation and education group, is excited to host its most popular event of the year: Girl Scout Cookie & Beer Tasting. Is it just a cookie and a beer? Nope. Chef Cleetus Friedman creates a four-course tasting menu which includes both savory and sweet plates using everyone’s favorite Girl Scout cookies (think Thin Mints, Samoas & Trefoils!) as the key ingredient. Each delicious tasting is matched with perfectly paired brews. ONE NIGHT ONLY!
