Holiday Truffle-Making Party At Katherine Anne Confections

Candy Canes…Mistletoe…Snowflakes. The holidays are here—and what brings more holiday cheer than chocolate? Katherine Anne Confections, a locally-focused chocolatier, is hosting a special Holiday Truffle Making Party—perfect timing to make delicious treats for the holidays! Katherine Duncan, founder and confectionista, opens her kitchen and recipe book to the public as she demystifies the art of making truffles. To celebrate the holiday season, Katherine will be focusing on holiday creations and incorporating traditional holiday flavors into the truffles (think organic candy canes, cranberries, eggnog, mulled wine & more!) The event is the perfect (and delicious) opportunity to get into the holiday spirit and create treats to share with your family and friends during the holidays (or not!).

Attendees will create classic hand-rolled truffles with the confectionista’s guidance. Guests will be grouped with other like-minded chocolate lovers and will create one of the unique truffle recipes provided. Attendees will chill, scoop, and roll truffles to completion. Everyone will leave with a sampling of the truffles created that day.
