Katherine Anne Confections Launches 16 Valentine’s Day Flavors

Katherine Duncan, founder and confectionista of Katherine Anne Confections, a locally-focused chocolatier, is excited to host a Preview Party featuring all of the upcoming holiday flavors for Valentine’s Day. February is one of Katherine Anne’s favorite times of the year and they are celebrating by launching 16 new Valentine’s Day flavors for this “sweet” time of year. The confectionista is focusing on her favorite pairings that are forever tied to hearts, cupids and all things pink and red: strawberries, champagne & more! In addition, treats with tropical fruits, nuts & seeds and intense flavors will be featured to help guests survive the cold winter days. Imagine a delicious strawberry cheesecake truffle and the amazing passion fruit & black tea truffle, made with SenTeaMental Moods Chicago Passion tea. In caramel-land, KAC will have pineapple ginger and sesame blood orange!

The Preview Party is a chance for attendees to preview and indulge in 16 new limited edition, un-launched truffles, caramels and marshmallows to be released in February. The treats will be available at the confiserie.
